Our Refund and Return Policy

If you wish to utilise our refund policy, please keep in mind that it is only valid for up to 14 days after your purchase.

If 14 days have passed since the moment of your purchase, we will sadly be unable to offer you the refund or exchange that may be stated on the product description page.

Return Requirements

In order for your item to be eligible for a return, it must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you’ve received it.

Non-returnable items

We strive to provide all of our customers with a stellar experience, and therefore, the majority of the products, listed on our website are eligible for a refund. As with every rule, however, there are exceptions. We cannot offer you a return, refund or exchange for the following items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Health and personal care items

Please keep in mind that, in order for us to issue your return, we will require the receipt or proof of purchase!

Refunds (if applicable)

Once our team has received and inspected your returned item, we will get in touch with you via email and notify you of whether or not the refund has been approved.

If your request has been approved, you can expect your refund to be processed promptly within 14 business days.

International refunds/exchanges (if applicable)

We offer a refund ONLY for faulty items and require photo or video evidence of the fault in order to process a refund.

International returns (if applicable)

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

You, as the customer, are going to be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The returned item must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.

Once our team has received and inspected your returned item, we will get in touch with you via email and notify you of whether or not the refund has been approved.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Should your refund fail to arrive within the expected timeframe, we would urge you to check your bank account and review the transaction history. The next course of action would be to contact your credit card company, as it might take a bit of time before the refund is officially posted.

Next, get in touch with your bank. Often times, banks can issue unexpected delays in posting.

In case you’ve already gone through the entire list of options and your refund is still nowhere to be found, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sadly, our refund policy does not cover items, sold under promotional prices.

Exchanges (if applicable)

UK customers only.

Should you happen to be situated within the United Kingdom, we can replace defective or damaged items. In case you wish to exchange for the same item, please get in touch with us and send your item to: info@tonid-online-store.co.uk

Gifts

If you’ve received a gift item from our store that has been shipped directly to you, we can provide you with gift credit of equal value. Once we’ve received your returned item, you will be provided with a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will provide a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you are situated, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In case you are shipping an item worth more than £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or investing in shipping insurance. As of the time of writing this policy, we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
